    Warehouse Pick-up

    Pick-up is available either by yourself or your preferred courier partner from our warehouse in Fisantekraal. Select the "Pick-up" option during checkout. Pick-ups are free of charge.

    Please note: Orders for pick-up still need to be placed and paid for using our online storefront. Once your order payment is received, we will begin packing your order for collection.

    We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

    Collection hours are as follows:

    Mondays to Thursdays: 9am-4pm.
    Fridays: 9am-3:30pm.

    No Collections on weekends and public holidays.

    Delays in delivery:

    Please be aware that the above are estimates only. Delays may be caused by adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes, pandemics, supplier problems or courier delays. It is rare, but it does happen. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for refunds or cancelations due to late delivery. However, if you are concerned about the current location of your parcel or the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@bottlesandjars.co.za so that we can assist you. 

    When does delivery take place?

    Delivery will take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. No deliveries on public holidays and weekends.

    Can I track my order? 

    Once your order has been dispatched, an email with the tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

    Our courier partners cannot deliver to the following areas: 

    Farms, Plots, Government Buildings, Power Stations, Trust Areas, Townships, Game Reserves or Resorts, Embassies, Consulates, Chain Stores, Retail Stores, Shopping Malls or Hotels.

    High risk areas: 

    If you are located in a high risk area, the courier will advise that you have to pick up your purchase from the local police station. If this is the case, the courier company will let you know when your parcel is ready for collection at the police station.

    Large orders and custom orders:

    Please keep in mind that large and custom orders may take longer to deliver. Should this be the case, you will be notified.

    Undelivered items: 

    Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for example no one on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls, or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided) we will attempt a second delivery, after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

     

    Returns & Refunds

    Change of Heart Returns:

    We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Should you have a change of heart about a product bought from us, feel free to return it within 30 days. After we've inspected and verified the items for return and returned them to stock, we will promptly credit your account with the purchase amount within 3 business days.

    While we are pleased to offer complimentary returns, please be aware that we can only accept items that remain in their original, unopened, and unused state, and can be securely returned to stock.

    Kindly note: product images serve illustrative purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product.

    Incorrectly delivered items: 

    If we made a mistake and delivered the wrong item(s) to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will send the correct item out as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) from you.

    Damaged items: 

    Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at support@bottlesandjars.co.za with a photo of the product(s) within 48 hours of delivery so that we can offer support. After we have been in touch with you, we will arrange to have the damaged products returned to us. Please note that any returned items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

    Sale items:

    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items. Purchases made from the Factory Damaged Sale range are not eligible for return or refund.

    Support Hours & FAQ's

    Our online store is always open for order placement and payment 24/7. Our warehouse and customer support hours are as follows:

    • Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 16h00
    • Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays

    Paid orders placed outside of our warehouse hours will be packed and dispatched at the next available opportunity within warehouse hours. Support queries received outside of support hours will be addressed at the next available opportunity within support hours.

      Can I request a quotation?

      You can view a running total for your order by adding the products and quantities you wish to purchase to your online cart. Bulk discounts will be automatically applied.

      If you require an official quotation for accounting or funding purposes, we are, of course, happy to assist. Please send quotation requests via email to support@bottlesandjars.co.za, making sure to include the following information:

      • The product names (as listed on our online store) and exact quantities you require.
      • Your billing/address details, including the receiver's full name and surname, your street address, your company name (optional), and a South African contact number.

        Do you have a physical store?

        No, we are an online store only and we offer delivery nationwide within
        South Africa

        Do you offer export?

        We do not offer international shipping ourselves. However, our international
        customers are welcome to self-arrange export of their orders via UPS,
        FedEx, Aramex, or any other international courier of their choosing.
        Simply enter your chosen freight forwarders South African address details during online checkout and we’ll deliver straight to them.

        Alternatively, you can reach out via one of our support channels to let us know that you wish to self-arrange collection from our Cape Town warehouse and one of
        our staff will gladly assist you.

        Can I add to an existing order?

        Of course, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched from our
        warehouse. You can reach out on one of our support channels and a staff
        member will gladly assist you.
